Add New

This is the second menu item that appears below All Trips icon.

The Add New icon under the All Trips section in the dashboard menu lets you add new items to the list. It also consists of the various field that you need to enter to create the new trips. The field under the Add  New Sections is explained below.

Description

Description tab is the first tab that is seen in Add New section. Under Description tab, you will find a description where you can add the detail about your Trips.

 Itinerary:

Itinerary tab is the second tab that is seen in Add New section. Under Description tab, you will find the field Outline.This field allows you to enter the short description about the outline of the trip.

There is itineraries section as well from where a user will be able to enter the itineraries i.e plan for the total days.

Note: User will be able to enter the plan for each day separately.

Price:

Price tab is the third tab that is seen in Add New section. Under price tab, you will find the field where you can enter the price for your trips.

Options:

Price Per:  This field allows you to chose two option in drop-down i.e. Person and Group which you choose according to your requirement.

Price: This filed allows you to enter the price of the trip.

Enable Sale: With this option, you will be able to enable sale price of the trip if required.

Sale Price: This option allows you to enter the sale price.

Includes/Excludes:

Includes/Excludes tab is the fourth tab that is seen in Add New section. Under Includes/ Excludes tab, you will find following option.

Trip Includes:  This field allows you to enter the trip that is included in the trip packages.

Trip Exclude: This field allows you to enter the trip that is excluded from the trip package.

 

Additional Info

Additional Info tab is the fifth tab that is seen in Add New section. Under Additional Info tab, you will find a various field that you need to enter. The fields are explained below.

Group Size: This field allows you to define the group size.

Fixed Departure: If you enable this option then, the user will have to mention fixed starting date and ending date.

Trip Duration: This field allows you to enter the duration of the trip.

 

Gallery:

Gallery tab is the sixth tab that is seen in Add New section.Under  Gallery tab, you will find the option to add the images of the destinations/trips for advertisement of the trip.

Locations

Locations tab is the seventh tab that is seen in Add New section.Under locations tab, you will find the option to add the new location and a map.

Note: As for the map you have to enter the google map API key by going to Admin Panel > Trips > Setting > General Setting. 

 

FAQs:

FAQs tab is the eighth tab that is seen in Add New section.Under faqs tab, you will find the option to add the question and answer which will be displayed in the frontend.

Note: You can add as many faqs as you want according to your requirement.

Tabs:

Tabs is the ninth tab that is seen in Add New section.Under tabs section, you will find the following options:

Use Global Tabs Layout: If you check this option then the setting that you have made from here will not be applied. All of the tabs settings will be from the Global setting which you can manage by going to Trips> Settings > Tabs. 

If “Use Global Tabs Layout” option remains unchecked then you can manage the tab setting from here.

For example, if you want the global layout for two different trips then for that two different trips you can check the option “Use Global Tabs Layout” and if you want different tabs setting for the individual trip then uncheck the option and manage according to your requirement.

What can be done from here?

  • Sort the tabs: If you are not happy with the listing of the tabs at the frontend then you can sort it from here. You can rearrange the tabs where ever you like simply by dragging the tabs up and down.
  • Rename the tabs: You can even rename the tabs if you like.

Display: In case if you did not want the particular tab to display then you can simply uncheck the “Display” option.

Misc. Options:

Misc. options is the tenth tab that is seen in Add New section.Under tabs section, you will find the following options:

You can manage the trip enquiry in two different ways.

Use Global Trip Enquiry Option: If you check this option then global trip enquiry option will be applied.

Trip Enquiry: User will be able to  enable/disable trip enquiry for an individual trip from this option. This option will only be visible if you turn off the option “Use Global Trip Enquiry Option”.

For example, if you want to control the enquiry feature for the individual post then turn off the global setting.

After this you user will be able to enable/disable the enquiry for each individual trips.

 

After “Use Global Trip Enquiry Option” is turned off.
