With WP Travel Pro, you can assign a custom trip code to each tripβ€”giving you more flexibility and control over how your trips are identified and managed.

Whether you’re using internal reference numbers, travel package IDs, or a custom format that fits your agency’s workflow, this feature has you covered!

How to Enable Custom Trip Codes

  • Go to your WordPress Admin Panel.
  • Navigate to:
WP Travel > Settings > Trips > Trip Settings > Custom Trip Codes
  • Enable the toggle for Custom Trip Codes.

Once enabled, you can manually assign unique codes to each trip.

How to Add or Edit a Trip Code

To assign a custom trip code to an individual trip:

  • Go to: Admin Panel > Trips > All Trips
  • Click on the trip you want to edit.
  • Scroll to: Trip Options > Itinerary > Trip Code
  • Enter your desired custom trip code and update the trip.

That’s it! Your trip will now have your custom code reflected on the frontend (if supported by your theme/template) and within your admin panel.

For detail information regarding the custom trip code, please refer to our official documentation.
