WP Travel plugin provides an option for customers to accept the Terms & Conditions before booking a trip. If you want them to also accept your Privacy Policy prior to booking, you can easily add this functionality to both the checkout and inquiry forms.

Follow these steps to implement the Privacy Policy flag:

Steps to Add a Privacy Policy Flag

Insert a GDPR Message:

  • Go to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Misc Options.
  • In the GDPR Message field, add a message about the Privacy Policy.
  • This message will be displayed on the frontend checkout and inquiry forms.
  • When enabled, customers must check a box to accept the Privacy Policy before they can submit the form.

Assign a Privacy Policy Page:

  • Navigate to Admin Panel > Settings > Privacy.
  • Assign the page containing your Privacy Policy details.
