If you are willing to combine Trip Includes and Trip Excludes in the single Tab then you can easily combine it using WP Travel.
To combine the Trip Includes and Trip Excludes, you can disable the Trip excludes option, rename the title of Trip Includes as Trip Includes/Excludes.
Add the required content as shown in the screenshot below.
Note: You can disable the Trip Includes option and rename the title of Trip Excludes as Trip Includes/Excludes too.
