This guide explains how to customize the tabs for an individual trip. You can change the tab order, rename tab labels, and choose which tabs to display without affecting other trips.
Step 1: Open the Trip #

Step 2: Configure Trip Tabs #
In the Tabs section, you can either use the global tab configuration or customize the tabs for the current trip only.

Use Global Tabs Layout #
This option determines whether the trip uses the global tab settings or its own custom configuration.
- Enabled: The trip inherits the global tab configuration, including tab order, labels, and visibility.
- Disabled: You can customize the tabs specifically for this trip.
Once Use Global Tabs Layout is disabled, the following options become available.

1. Sorting #
Use the drag-and-drop handle to rearrange the order of the tabs.
- The new order applies only to the current trip.
- Other trips continue using their existing tab order

2. Global Trip Title #
This column displays the tab names configured in the global WP Travel settings.
For example:
- Overview
- Itinerary
- FAQ
- Reviews
These are the default labels used across your website unless overridden for an individual trip.
3. Custom Trip Title #
Enter a custom label if you want to rename a tab only for the current trip.
Example:
- Overview โ Tour Overview
- Itinerary โ Travel Plan
Only this trip will display the custom tab title.
Note: To rename tab labels for every trip, update the Global Tabs Format settings instead.
4. Display #
Use the toggle to show or hide individual tabs for the current trip.
For example, you can hide:
- Reviews
- FAQ
- Map
- Gallery
Hidden tabs will not appear on the trip’s frontend page, while remaining visible on other trips unless they are also disabled there.
Note: To hide a tab across all trips, configure the Global Tabs Format settings.
