The Settings tab under the Custom Filters section is used to manage the setting of the plugin.
Under the setting menu, you can find a different section that has multiple fields which are explained below:

General #
Under the General Setting section, you will be able to see the following settings.

Currency #

i. Currency: This enables you to enter the currency type as per your requirement.

Maps #

i. Select Map: WP Travel Plugin sets Iframe Map as the default map and it provides different map options which are listed below.

i. Checkout Page: This option enables you to choose the page to use as the checkout page for booking.
ii. Dashboard Page: This option enables you to choose the page to use as a user dashboard.

This amazing new feature is available from version 1.2.3 till our latest version of WP Travel. It represents a fully customizable mechanism that the user needs to go through to Book the Trips.
Features of checkout processes:
One of the most important features of the checkout process is a clear indication of the steps/progress throughout the entire checkout process.
To enable the checkout process you don’t need to add any sort of extra plugin. The feature is bundled within the plugin itself.
After activating the WP Travel for the checkout process, the first thing you need to do is assign the “Checkout Page” and “Dashboard Page” with “WP Travel Checkout” and “WP Travel Dashboard” options respectively by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > General > Pages.

( Note: Upon installation of the WP Travel version 1.2.3, the plugin creates the pages “WP Travel Check out” by default. )
But in case if the default pages are not working for you then you can create the pages by yourself by going to Admin panel > Pages > Add New by including the shortcode for the checkout page.

Archive Page Title #

Sometimes Archive Title in the Archives pages is displayed twice. One Archive Title is displayed from the theme whereas another Archive Title is displayed from the WP Travel plugin.

WP Travel plugin has come up with the option to remove Archive Title from the Archive page. Archive Title from WP Travel plugin can be simply removed by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > General > Archive Page Title Settings.

License #

After purchasing the WP Travel Pro from wptravel.io, you will get the license key. You need to add this license key by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > General > License.

- Custom Trip Codes (Buy Pro): This option allows you to enable Custom Trip Code for Trips so that you can add your own Trip code.

Trip date listing: This Option allows you to choose either to display the date in the calendar or in listing form. There are two options in the trip date listing which are mentioned below:

List by Calendar(Default): If you choose this option the dates are shown in calendar form.

Note: The Dates option only works for fixed departure trips.

Enable Expired Trip Option: This option allows you to remove the trips whose dates have been expired for booking from the trips section(backend) as well as from the frontend section.

Disable Star Rating For Admin

Enabling this option will help you to disable the Star Rating for the admin.
Field Editor (Buy Pro): #
WP Travel Pro Plugin provides you with the feature to add/edit the Fields for Traveler Enquiry Form, Billing Form and Traveler Info Fields. The WP Travel Field Editor provides an interface to add, edit and remove fields that are displayed in Trip Enquiry fields, Traveler info fields, and Billing fields. Fields can be added, edited, and removed from the billing and traveler info and trip enquiry’s form sections.

Tabs #
This is the new section that is added with the release of WP Travel v1.1.2. Under the Tabs section, you will be able to see the list of tabs that are displayed in the front end of individual Trips as seen in the screenshot below.
What is this option for?
- Sort the tabs: If you are not happy with the listing of the tabs at the front end then you can sort it from here. You can rearrange the tabs where ever you like simply by dragging the tabs up and down.
- Rename the tabs: You can even rename the tabs if you like
Also, WP Travel plugin v5.0.1 added the feature regarding rearranging the tabs by swapping the tabs up and down as shown in the screenshot below.
Display: In case you did not want the particular tab to display then you can simply uncheck the “Display” option.
Note: This is the global setting. This setting will be applied to the individual trips only if they check the option “Use Global Tabs Layout” by going to the Tabs section of the individual trips

Add New Tab (Buy Pro):

Downloads (Buy Pro): #
WP Travel Pro v4.0.0 has come up with a new feature that allows you to download all details of the itinerary (trip) in pdf format. The main purpose of this feature is to display trip details so that users can view the information regarding trips. The downloaded pdf file includes the information regarding trip image, trip title, trip code, trip Pricing table, trip date, trip outline, trip itineraries, trip include, and trip exclude.
This is a brand new and exciting feature in the WP Travel Pro v4.0.0.
After updating WP Travel Pro v4.0.0, you need to enable the Downloads Option by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Modules Settings > Pro Modules.
Then, to enable Enable Itinerary Downloads Option to go through Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Downloads as shown in the screenshot below: as shown in the screenshot below:

Now, you will see settings regarding Path Settings and Display Settings under Itinerary Downloads Options.
Available Options under path settings are described below:
- Use Relative Path: This option allows you to use the image path as var/www/HTML… instead of HTTP to generate a pdf.

- Send email before 1 day: Selecting this option, you can send a reminder notification before one day of trip date.
- Send email before 5 days: Selecting this option, you can send reminder notification before five days of trip date.
- Send email before 15 days: Selecting this option, you can send reminder notification before fifteen days of trip date.
- Reminder Title: This option allows you to set the title for reminder notification mail.
- Payment Email Header Color: This option allows you to set the header color.
- Email Content: This option includes the default template but you can adjust the formatting template yourself according to your requirement.

If you are willing to change the payment reminder notification Email Cycle then the WP Travel plugin provides the feature regarding changing the partial payment reminder notification Email Cycle.

Account #

Options available within the section are explained below:
- Require Login: This option allows the requirement of the customer to login or register before booking.
- Enable Registration: This option enables customer registration on the “My Account” page.
- Create customer on booking: This option will create WP Travel Customer while the booking is made.
- Automatically generate username: This option automatically generates a username from a customer’s email.
- Automatically generate password: This option automatically generates a password for the customer.
Checkout #

This section contains multiple options which are mentioned below:
- Price Unavailable Text (Buy Pro): This option allows the user to set Price Unavailable Text for trips with empty or 0 prices.
- Select Booking Options (Buy Pro): This option has 2 sub-categories which are mentioned below:
- Booking only: This is simply a booking made without payment.
- Booking with Payment: This is simply a booking made with payment.
- Enable Multiple Checkout: This option allows you to enable multiple checkout features. For detail regarding the multiple checkout feature please refer link.
- Enable Multiple Travelers: This is an exciting feature added to the WP Travel which allows you to enable/disable the field to add the information for the multiple travelers on the checkout page.

Multiple Checkout (Buy Pro): #
WP Travel Pro v4.0.0 has added this new feature which allows the customer to select multiple cart items for booking in single checkout. With this feature, you can book more than one cart items (trips) during checkout. This feature will be very useful to the user who want to book different trips at the same time i.e. at single checkout.
If you want to use multiple checkout feature then you have to enable Enable Multiple Checkout option by going to Admin Panel >WP Travel >Settings > Checkout as shown in screenshot below:

After enabling the Enable Multiple Checkout option, customer will be able to add more than one trips during checkout as you can see in screenshot below:

Note: In case of multiple checkouts, the Global Partial payment (in percentage) option will be applied.


When a coupon code will be applied in case of a multi-cart feature then the amount will be discounted from the trip to which the coupon has been assigned.

Payment #
Under the Payment section, you will be able to see different settings of the payment options that are available within the plugin as shown in the screenshot below.

The first section under the payment tab is payment settings. This section particularly deals with the feature “Partial payment” of the payment option. The option available is explained below:
You can manage the payment setting by going to Admin Panel > Trips > Settings > Payment. Available Options in Payment Settings:
- Partial Payment: If you want your customer to facilitate the partial payment then you can enable this option. Enabling this user will be able to make the partial payment of the package they have chosen.
- Minimum Payment amount: This option allows you to adjust the minimum percent of the amount to pay while booking.

WP Travel Partial Payment #
WP Travel Partial Payment is the module that is included in WP Travel Pro that provides better control over how you collect payments by allowing your customers to make payments of the remaining parts via the payment gateway that they prefer.
Admin Side:
After activation of the WP Travel Pro plugin, enable the Partial Payment by going to, Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Payment.

Also, after enabling Partial Payment, an additional payment option, Partial Payment will appear in the booking form.

Client Side:
After the booking is done with the partial payment, the rest of the payment procedure is made easy with the plugin.
To make the payment of the remaining amount, go to User Dashboard > Bookings. You can find the details of the individual booking, details of the remaining amount of payment to be made, and also make the payment of the remaining amount from the User Dashboard.
Note: To make the remaining partial payment through the user dashboard page you have to enable the login/register option before booking the trip. For detail assistance, please once refer link.

Booking Options:
There are basically two types of Booking Options. They are:
- Booking with Payment.
- Booking Only
Booking with Payment: To enable the booking with payment options at the front end, at first you have to enable the option “Enable Paypal” by going to Admin panel > Trips > Settings > Payments. Under this option, there are two modes of booking.
- Full Payment: If you desire to go with Full payment then you can simply choose the option “Full Payment” and click on the booking button. Clicking on the booking button will lead you to the PayPal home page. After making the required payment you can return to the merchant and if you want, you can even make the booking further.
- Partial Payment: If you desire to go with partial payment then you can simply choose the option “Partial Payment” and click on the booking button.
Booking Only:
This is simply a booking made without the payment. After making the booking you get an email that includes you’re booking detail.
Note: After making the booking you will get an email which includes the detail about your booking info.
Admin Side:
The Admin will be able to view the lists and the booking detail that is made by the clients. If required, the admin has the authority to change the booking detail made by the client as well.
Booking listing :

The Booking listing page consists of the following information.
Contact name: It is the name of the person under which the booking is made using the booking form.
Status: This column lists your booking status.
Payment: This column lists the type of payment you have made i.e. either Full Payment or Partial Payment.
Booking Date: This column displays the booking published date.

TAX Options: #
The third section under the payment tab is the tax option. This is the brand new and amazing feature that is released with version 1.2.2 of WP Travel.
You can find the tax settings in the Tax Options section. Below we present all options step by step.
- Enable Tax: This option allows the user to enable/disable the tax for the trip price.
- Trip prices entered with tax:
- Yes, I will enter trip prices inclusive of tax: The trips will include tax according to the defined rate i.e the final price of the trip is shown including the trips.
- No, I will enter trip prices exclusive of tax: The trips will not include tax. During checkout, the prices will be increased by tax according to the defined rate.
- Tax Percentage: This option allows the user to enter the tax percentage that they want to set for the trip price.

Invoice #
Are you looking for the invoice feature in the WP Travel plugin? Now, the WP Travel Pro v2.0.7 comes with the brand new feature of the invoice. Using this feature, the user will automatically receive the email containing the PDF invoice after making the payment for the trips.
It includes basic templates. Additionally, the invoice contains all the necessary information regarding the price including the tax info. If you have used the extras feature with the price then it will also be included in the invoice.
To activate the Invoice module, go to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Modules Settings > Pro Modules and enable the Invoice module.
Features:
– Automatically attach invoice PDF to an email.
Invoice Options:

- Use Relative path: This option allows you to use the image path as var/www/HTML… instead of HTTP to generate a pdf invoice.
- Invoice Logo: This option allows you to upload the image of your choice to display as the logo.
- Invoice Address: This option allows you to add the address of the travel company.
- Invoice Contact: This option allows you to add the contact no of the travel company.
- Invoice Website: This option allows you to add the website of the travel company.

It is a privacy policy that is added to each form in the plugin like “Enquiry” and “Booking form“.You cannot submit the form without checking the button for the privacy policy if you have enabled the feature.

Advanced Gallery #
To activate the Advanced Gallery module, go to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Modules Settings > Pro Modules and enable the Advanced Gallery module.
WP Travel Advanced Gallery is an exciting module included in the WP Travel Pro plugin which gives the functionality to add more informative gallery items including the audio, video ( from the URL as well ), and images. This module can take the transparency and clarity of a particular trip to the users on a whole different level. Admin can promote their trips with the maximum amount of information with no limit of the number of audio, video, and gallery items that they wish to include.

reCaptcha V2 #

To enable this section go to WP Travel > Settings >Miscellaneous > reCAPTCHA (V2 Checkbox) then follow the steps given below.
Step 1: Add the Site Key and Secret Key.
Step 2: Go to WP Travel > Settings > Field Editor > Select Field that you want Recaptcha > Add Field > Select Recaptcha V2 in type option.

This section is only available in WP Travel Pro Plugin.
If you don’t require each and the functionality of every module offered by the pro, you can deactivate/activate individual modules from the Modules Settings section by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Advanced > Modules Settings.

PWA #
A progressive web app (PWA) is a website that looks and behaves as if it is a mobile app or the web app. PWAs are built to take advantage of native mobile device features, without requiring the end user to visit an app store, make a purchase and download software locally. Simply, PWAs are mobile sites built with a JavaScript framework that delivers an app-like experience to users.
You can now use the PWA option with WP Travel plugin. To use it go through Admin Panel > WP Travel Settings > Advanced > PWA as shown in the screenshot below:

App Fullname: This sets the App full name.
App short Name: This sets the App short name.
Start URL: This sets the App short name.
APP Logo: This sets the APP Logo. The image must be of size 192px*192px.
Regarding installing PWA, please refer to the documentation.
Debug #
Under Debug Options section, you will be able to see the following field. This option is for testing purposes.

Test Payment:
This section has two options which are mentioned below:
- Test Mode: This option allows you to enable/disable test mode to make a test payment.
- Test Email: This option allows you to add email for testing.
Optimized Scripts and Styles:
- Load Combined Scripts: Enabling this option will load the bundled scripts files.
- Load Minified Scripts: Enabling this option will load the minified scripts.
