If you’re using WP Travel Pro, you can redirect customers to a custom Thank You page after they complete their booking.
If you’re using the free version of WP Travel, a Booking Received message will be displayed on the trip page after the booking is submitted.
If clicking the Book Now button does not take users to the checkout page, make sure you’ve configured the required pages under WP Travel → Settings → General → Pages and added the appropriate shortcodes:
