WP Travel SEO provides search engine optimization (SEO) services to help improve website visibility and organic traffic. By purchasing any of our SEO packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline the scope of services, payment policies, client responsibilities, and limitations of our work. SEO is a long-term strategy, and while we implement best practices, search engine algorithms are subject to change, and rankings cannot be guaranteed.
- SEO services include keyword research, on-page optimization, content refresh, new blog posts, technical SEO, analytics setup, and local SEO enhancements as specified in the chosen package.
- We also offer content writing as an optional add-on, which you can include with any package for added value.
- Guest posting, backlink building, speed optimization, etc., are not included in any package. These services may be introduced in the future for an additional cost.
- Full payment is required before work begins for the One-Time SEO Package. For 6-month packages, the first month’s payment is due upfront, with monthly billing thereafter.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has started, and late payments may result in service suspension.
- SEO is an ongoing process, and results may take up to 6 months. In competitive industries, achieving noticeable improvements may take up to 12 months.
- WP Travel SEO does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth due to the unpredictable nature of search engine algorithms.
- The client is required to provide access to all necessary accounts, including but not limited to WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
- The client must inform WP Travel before making any changes to their website that could negatively impact SEO performance. WP Travel SEO will not be responsible for any decline in performance resulting from modifications made by the client or third parties without prior consultation.
- Clients will receive monthly SEO reports for 6-month packages, detailing keyword rankings, traffic trends, and optimization progress.
- Any requests beyond the agreed scope of work, including additional keyword research, extra page optimizations, or new audits, may require separate approval and additional charges.
- Cancellation of the One-Time SEO Package is not permitted once work has started. For 6-month packages, a 30-day written notice is required for cancellation, and payments already made are non-refundable.
- WP Travel SEO is not responsible for search engine algorithm updates, competitor actions, or penalties caused by previous SEO activities.
- All client information will be kept confidential, and data will not be shared without consent. WP Travel SEO reserves the right to publish anonymized case studies showcasing non-sensitive work unless the client requests otherwise.
- Any disputes should first be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration. Legal matters will be handled in Kathmandu, Nepal, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover legal fees and costs.
- WP Travel SEO reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
