Customer Dashboard
Empower your travelers with easy access to trip details, payments, and account preferences—all in one place. The Customer Dashboard in WP Travel Pro makes managing bookings simple and intuitive for your clients.
What is the Customer Dashboard?
The Customer Dashboard is a centralized hub for WP Travel users where travelers can view their bookings, complete payments, manage personal details, and access saved trips. It ensures a seamless post-booking experience and fosters better engagement.
With login and registration options before booking, your customers can conveniently access and manage their trips in one place.
Personalized Booking Hub
Offer each customer a private dashboard where they can track recent bookings, payment history, saved trips, and account information—enhancing trust and transparency.
Trip History & Booking Details
Showcase a clean summary of all trip reservations. Users can click to view full details, payment modes, and booking statuses from the "Bookings" tab.
Effortless Partial Payments
Enable the Require Login feature to allow customers to return and complete partial payments directly from their dashboard—reducing confusion and support requests.
How Does the Customer Dashboard Work?
The Customer Dashboard in WP Travel is activated by enabling the “Require Login” setting under WP Travel > Settings > Account. Once this is turned on, users must log in or register before booking any trip. Upon successful login, they are redirected to a personalized dashboard where they can manage all aspects of their travel bookings. This enhances both the user experience and booking management, especially for returning customers or those opting for partial payments, as all data is saved and easily accessible.
Inside the dashboard, users will find multiple tabs tailored for convenience. The Dashboard Tab displays up to five recent bookings with a quick link to “Book More Trips.” The Bookings Tab shows detailed information for each reservation. Admins can review customer transactions in the Payments Tab. The Wishlists Tab (Pro feature) allows users to save preferred trips. Customers can also update their details under Address and Account Info Tabs, and log out securely using the Logout Tab.
