How to adjust the duration of the “Trip Added to Cart” popup?

The “Add to Cart” feature in WP Travel allows users to add travel trips or packages to their cart before proceeding to checkout. This important feature enables users to select multiple trips or packages and review them before making a purchase.

WP Travel plugin v9.3.0 and WP Travel Pro v8.3.0 include a new hook that allows customization of the delay time for adjusting the duration of the “Trip added to cart” popup.

This improvement enhances user experience by providing control over how long the notice remains visible after a trip is added to the cart.

To change the delay time for hiding the “Trip added to cart” notice, add the following code to the functions.php file of your child theme:

add_filter( 'wp_travel_add_to_cart_notice_delay_time', function(){   
	return 2000; // This will set the delay time for the "Add to Cart" notice to 2000 milliseconds (2 seconds).
} );
