The Trip Review Email feature in WP Travel helps you automatically collect customer feedback by sending a review request email after a trip has been completed. By default, the email is sent 2 days after the trip’s end date, encouraging travelers to share their experience while it is still fresh.
How to Enable Automatic Trip Review Emails?
You can enable the Trip Review Email feature using the free version of WP Travel. Follow these steps:
- Go to WP Travel β Settings β Email β General Email Settings.
- Enable the Trip Review Email option.
- Click Save Changes.
Once enabled, WP Travel will automatically send a review request email to customers 2 days after their trip ends.
Note: The Trip Review Email feature is available in the free version of WP Travel. However, WP Travel Pro is required to customize the email template, subject, and content.
How to Customize the Trip Review Email Template in WP Travel Pro?
If you are using WP Travel Pro, you can personalize the review request email to match your brand and communication style. Follow these steps:
- Go to WP Travel β Settings β Email β Email Templates.
- Expand the Trip Review Email Templates section.
- Enable the Send Email option.
- Enter your preferred Email Subject.
- Customize the Email Content using the WordPress editor.
- Click Save Changes to apply your changes.
Default Email Content
By default, the review email contains a friendly message thanking customers for choosing your service and inviting them to share their experience. It also includes a Review Trip button that takes customers directly to the review submission page.
