After adding the new field in “Trip Enquiry Field”, “Billing Fields” and “Traveler info fields” it does not directly appear in the email.
To make the newly added field in the forms, you need to include them in the template using the name of the added field.
Please follow below-given steps for clear information.
Step 1: Add the required field in the forms following the path WP Travel > Settings > Trips > Field editor > Trip Enquiry Fields
For an instance, we will here add the field in Enquiry form field.
Step 2: Copy the name as shown in the screenshot below:
Step 3: Go to WP Travel > Settings > Email > Enquiry Email Templates and add the column to add new name.
Here is in the text mode as well. If you have any confusion in adding a new row then go to the text mode and copy the HTML of the row above and paste. Replace the id and name with the new id and name.
