Your License is expired

All of our premium products subscription will automatically renew at the end of the year, and you will be automatically billed at the end of your term for the next year if your subscription is still active.

From Dec 15, 2020, we moved our product and license platform from Theme Palace marketplace to our very own official website https://wptravel.io.

Those users who had purchased our WP Travel plugins and/or addons earlier Dec 15, 2020, from Theme Palace and whose subscription is not yet expired, but received an Invalid License error, please try to reactivate the same license key provided before. This should activate your subscription again.

If the subscription is expired and want to renew the license, you need to re-purchase the plugin now from our official website WP Travel and obtain the new license key.

All new purchases after Dec 15, 2020, from our official website WP Travel will have a license key shipped with the purchased receipt emailed to you.

Renewal

As of Dec 15, 2020, the new subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the year, and you will be automatically billed at the end of your term for the next year if your subscription is still active. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time from your Freemius user panel >> Renewal & Billing section. You can also request a cancellation to WP Travel via Contact Page. If you do not cancel by the end of the year, you will be automatically billed for the next year. No exceptions will be made in this regard and if your subscription payment is automatically renewed we will assume that you have done so with your express permission. No refunds whatsoever will be given for scheduled subscription payments. Your current payment plan, method, and next payment date is available to view on your subscription page.
