However, not all fields are necessary for every traveler. To keep your checkout page clean and user-friendly, the WP Travel Pro plugin lets you limit specific fieldsβlike Country, Phone Number, or any custom fieldsβfor additional travelers (Traveler 2, 3, and so on), while retaining them for the primary traveler.
Before the fields are limited:
Now, as an example, let’s remove Country, Phone Number, and text from the multiple travelers.
To limit certain fields for travelers 2 and onward:
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard: WP Admin > WP Travel > Settings > Trips > Field Editor > Traveler Info Field
- Find the field you want to hide (e.g., Country, Phone Number, Custom Field) and click the Edit icon.
- Check the box labeled: βRemove Field for All Travelersβ
The selected field will remain visible only for the main traveler, and will be automatically hidden for the rest.
Further, WP Travel Pro plugin provides WP Travel Field Editor module which allows you to add the additional field in the Trip Enquiry form, Traveler info form, and Billing form.
