If you are having trouble making the partial payment using WP Travel plugin follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Check for Duplicate “WP Travel Dashboard” Pages:
- Go to Admin Panel > Pages.
- Look for any duplicate pages titled “WP Travel Dashboard”. Having more than one page with the same shortcode can cause conflicts, preventing the partial payment feature from working.
- Delete any duplicate pages or ensure there is only one WP Travel Dashboard page.
Step 2: Verify the Correct Shortcode:
- Ensure that the correct shortcode,
[wp_travel_user_account], is placed on the WP Travel Dashboard page. - Go to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > General > Pages and make sure that the Dashboard Page is correctly assigned to the page where the shortcode is located.
Step 3: Assign the Dashboard Page:
- In Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > General, ensure that the page you’ve set up for the WP Travel Dashboard is correctly assigned under Dashboard Pages.
Step 4: Test Partial Payment:
- After making these changes, test the partial payment functionality to see if the issue is resolved.
These steps should help fix the partial payment issue in WP Travel.
