If the Review Tab is not being appeared on a single trip page then make sure that the Review Tab has been enabled by going to the respective section(Global Settings Tabs Section or Individual trip Tabs section).

If you have enabled the Use Global Tabs Layout option under the single trip page(edited) then make sure if Review Tab has been enabled or not by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Tabs

If you have disabled the Use Global Tabs Layout option under the single trip page(edited) then make sure if Review Tab has been enabled or not by going to Admin Panel > Trips > Individual Trip(edited) > Tabs

If everything is fine regarding enabling the Review Tab option as mentioned above and the issue still persists then please once verify if Allow people to submit comments on new posts option has been enabled(checked-in) or not by going to Admin Panel > Settings > Discussion

Also, please verify if the comments option has been enabled(checked in) or not under the Screen Options section by going to Admin Panel > Trips > Screen Options

If all the steps mentioned above have been followed but the issue still persists then make sure Allow comments option has been enabled or not under the single trip page(edited) by going to Admin Panel > Trips > Individual Trip(edited)
