When a booking is made the number of available pax changes with the booking, in other words if there are 12 pax available and 2 pax book then the available space becomes 10. This is great and love how that works, however when a booking for that particular trip is cancelled the system doesn’t update and add those available spot back to the availability, it still remains as 10 pax available, even though there is now 12 pax available. Can this be rectified?
Currently the feature is not available. Even though the booking is canceled the no of seats won’t be restored but we are working on the feature. As for now, you can manually update the seats from the inventory option.
Where do i manually manage the inventory, i have been into the trip, turned on the inventory options changed the pax available but its still not updating on the site, do i have to delete the trip and re-add it?
