After updating availability date once clicking on book now button, nothing happens.

When we inspected the site URL you provided, we found that the trip date has already been expired which has caused the real issue. Please add the new date for the trip and check the button once.

The starting date of the trip should be the current date and that has caused the issue. So, once change the date to current and check the button.

Yes, you have to update start date to extend the trip duration as customer will not be able to book the trip if the start date has been expired.
