First of all, thank you very much for using the plugin.
When we tested the booking function on our side we could not find such issue so we need to check your specific setting and for this we need your C Panel access.

We have an issue where the book button is not working correctly, only just started as was fine.
Now when you hit book, no trip multiple pricing shows, you lose the wordpress top bar (as logged in with WP) and you cant book, it just goes to the bottom of teh page and come back up again.

The booking feature is not working because you have added the special character i.e ”()” in the pricing name section. For your information as for now, the field does not support such character which is why it is generating such issue.

So as for now please avoid using such character and it should work.
However, we will definitely make the enhancement on the feature in the future updates of the plugin.

We had a similar issue, and reviewing the support forum found this thread. @support, thanks for pointing out the problem and clarifying.
For other users who find this thread, we discovered that a period “.” in addition to “)” parentheses render the booking form invalid. Other characters may be included.
