We recently acquired a license for WP Travel Utilities and we set up the booking section of our site (visit-transylvania.co.uk). We made several tests to see what would happen – the only payment method enabled is PayPal. One of the orders – number 3309 – doesn’t appear in the backoffice. For every other test order we received the e-mails and everything is fine, but this particular booking doesn’t appear.
I managed to find records of the booking in the database, but it doesn’t appear anywhere else.
Let me know if you need access in order to investigate the issue.

Actually, third party plugins conflict can be one of the leading cause for the uncertain behavior of your site. So, please once verify the issue by deactivating all the third party plugins one by one.
Also, please make sure that WP Travel plugin you have used is of latest version.
If you have any queries further, let us know.

Other bookings, made after the missing one, worked perfectly with all the plugins that we use still enabled.July 9, 2020 at 7:32 am #27971wensolutionsKeymaster
When we inspected in our side, everything is working fine.
Also, all the detail of recent bookings are appearing in backend section as you have mentioned. So, we are unable to figure out the exact reason for missing the detail of that one booking. That issue might have occured due to some improper settings at time of booking.
Further, if you face same issue again, then please let us know.
