I just updated the WP Travel plugin to the latest version 1.4.1 and now my cart is not working. Every time I try to book a trip this is the message that is showing up…..Your cart is empty please click here to add trips. I “clicked here” which takes me back to the trips and try again and its the same thing. I didn’t have this problem before the updateJune 16, 2018 at 8:24 am #7134

When we tested the plugin locally we were unable to find such issue. Also, when we checked in the demo for the issue we could not find any. So can you please provide the URl of the demo where you find such issue.
Further, please make sure you have set everything properly at the backend. Despite all of the correct settings if you are getting the issue then we need to see you backed detail so please provide the detail in our official email address given below:
When we inspected your site URL we find some error in the console so please verify if the google maps API keys are set correctly in the back-end or not by going to Admin Panel > Trips > Settings > Payment. Also, verify if any other maps plugins are activated. If so then please deactivate and verify the issue.
If the issue still persists then please provide your login details in the email address given below:

Like I said I didnt have that issue before the update. I did not change the settings etc and I went and downloaded the plugin on a different website just to make sure it’s not my website thats causing the problem and same issue on that as well. Few hours ago I saw another update version 1.4.2 and that did not solve anything. I had to put back my old booking system on my website as this one is currently not functional.

When we inspected your site URL we found some console error and to know what is exactly creating the issue, we need to inspect your backend detail.

While we have inspected your website URL, we could not find the Booking / Cart and Checkout Process on your trips.
If you are having trouble with the cart booking, please make sure to clear cache (browser/server) and check the process.
If the issue is not resolved, please provide us URL to the trips that you are having issues with, so that we check and verify the issues accordingly.

Hello @marajunnis, yup I am still having the exact problem as you and it only started happening after I updated the plugin. I have emailed them my login information awhile ago now so I guess I just have to wait and see.
If I happen to figure it out before (which I highly doubt) I would definitely let you know.

Thank you so much for your answer:-). I still have this problem, and yes, its happend after update. Did you try to book smth at the demo site? I start to think that I’m going crazy because they said that everything is ok and everything is working properly, but I see the same problem on the demo site ))))). I can’t book nothing there!

Please do create a separate ticket for your issue as it is getting confusing to answer your queries. Creating the separate tickets will make us easy to answer your query.
Further, please have a look into the screen record where we have performed the booking from your site which is fine.
If possible provide the screen record to make us clear where do you exactly find the issue creating your own ticket.
