I am using the domain name as http://www.travelaide.in and facing the issue with the cart. Even after selecting the trip for booking the cart shows empty. I had contacted your support team and was advised to rename EASP WP file. I did not but it did not resolve any issue and have not got any response for many days now.

When we tested your site we found that currently the plugin “WP Travel” is not activated in your site so we could not inspect the issue further.

Hello, I’ve got same issue. If I Logged In on my WordPress Dashboard. And Try to View and book a trip, it shows the details on cart page. but when I logged out, And Try to View and book a trip, cart shows “Your cart is empty please click here to add trips”.

We have the same problem. Either the cart remains empty or the cart won’t be updated with the additional booking.

when i get in my website as a client to purchase the item, it always shows cart empty.
But when i login to my wordpress and link to my website, it shows cart and works normal and well.
i have tried reset -admin-wp travel-general- wp travel car, wp travel check out, dashboard thank page.
but as a normal clients to purchase, it always shows cart empty. please help.
