How can I change the layout of the trips when they are all displayed on my website page? I would like to modify them to look more like the demo: http://wptravel.io/core-demo/

The demo of WP Travel is constructed using the theme Travel Log so, if you want your site to look alike the demo site, please use the same theme i.e travel log. To more more about the theme, please refer to the given documentation :

The homepage section of the site can be set with the trips that are created using the WP Travel plugin.
