The booking id number is auto-generated and how to change this is not in the documentation.

Also, with each test booking, the book id number jumps significantly, say from #400 – 410 to 418 – 425.

There is no option to change the Booking no. Also, the booking id won’t be in sequence just like the WordPress post. When you create the posts in WordPress you can notice that the posts will not have post id in sequence.
