First of all well done to the team for the plugin and the support.

I have tried the Pure chat plugin with WP travel and was not very happy.
I try now the tawk.to plugin and it works better.

If somebody know a better or similar, it can be good for other users.

There are multiple chat plugin which with respect to our plugin is a third party plugin. Since, we are not able to make the compatibility test with the third party plugins, plugin that works fine in a setup can give a disastrous result in the other setup. Therefore, we are unable to suggest you one.
