    Hello,

    Our guests can book without paying. And the booking is PAID
    Credit card number for Stripe are not asked.
    What do you think ?

    When we inspected your site URL, we found that there is key issue in your site i.e you have not added the correct for the stripe payment gateways.

    We have just speak with the Stripe support. They cannot do anything.
    Our API keys are correct.
    Any idea ?

    Hello,

    Actually, the key issue has raised because you have not added publishable key for stripe checkout payment gateway. So, please once verify the issue by adding required keys for stripe checkout payment gateway by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Payment > Stripe Checkout as shown in screenshot below:

    Hello,

    Actually, when we inspected the site URL, we cannot find the publishable key value in frontend(checkout page) which you have added for stripe checkout payment gateway in backend section. It seems that the ‘Test Mode’ is enabled so please once check the ‘Test Mode’ option and disable it (if it is enabled) by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Debug as shown in screenshot below:

    Also, if the ‘Test Mode’ is disabled and the issue still persist then please provide us with admin login detail in below given email so that we can inspect the issue properly.

    This was the solution :
    “going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings &gt”

    This function should be somewhere else maybe.

    Anyway you are the best as usual for the support.
