    Hi ,
    Can I use a currency switcher on my site ?
    I tried to use the plugin “WPCS – WordPress Currency Switcher” but it does not change any thing in price , it’s still one currency price.

    Actually, the plugin(WPCS) you are using for currency switcher is not compatible with travel log theme. However, if you want currency switcher feature in your site, then we would like to suggest you to use WP Travel Pro plugin which gives multiple currency feature from which you can choose your desired currency in the site.

    Hi Support team,

    Thank you for the amazing plugin.

    I have enabled the Geo location and added 2 currencies (INR and USD)and base currency is set as Australian Dollar, so that the currency can adjust according to the location of the user.

    However, when I get my website checked at India or USA, the currency is still shown as Australian Dollar.

    Could you please check and advise to rectify this issue, so that price & currency on front end of trips (and also in group discount table) change based on the country of the user?

    Hi,

    I still can’t see currency updated to INR or USD in India and USA. I have emailed my login details.

    Well Noted.

    1) I am a little concerned about the privacy of my website data .
    As you have full admin acess to my website now, could you please assure me that my website’s data will not be used for any other purpose other than resolving the issues I have mentioned, and will be kept confidential and not be shared with any party?

    2) Have you got any update for me on the issue of currency not being updated according to the Geo location/Country?

    3) Also, as I have mentioned in my email – I am also facing issues regarding the payments.
    The clients are not able to make a payment when they choose ‘Booking with Payment’ option.
    They just see my bank acccount details (which is not required I guess) and ‘Book & Pay’ button, but don’t see any place where they can fill in their Bank account details to make a payment.
    When they click on ‘Book & Pay’ button, the booking submits without any payment. So, this is a grave issue for me now.
    Could you please attend this matter on priority and advise back asap?

    Response: We would like to assure that we will not use your data for the purpose other than resolving your issue as we take care about the privacy of our user. Actually, we were unable to replicate the issue you have reported in our side so we will be needing to clone your site so that we can inspect the issue and can provide precise fix.

    Also, we will clone your site only if you give us permission.

    Query2: Have you got any update for me on the issue of currency not being updated according to the Geo location/Country?

    Response: When you give permission to clone your site then only we will inspect the issue and let you know about the issue.

    Query3: Also, as I have mentioned in my email – I am also facing issues regarding the payments.

    Response: Actually, we got mail related to login detail but got no mail related to payment issue(may be you forgot to include). However, regarding the payment process through bank, you have to visit user dashboard page through which you can submit the voucher of payment(payment should be made in bank manually).

    Actually, when we inspected the backend section of your site, we found that the child theme has been customized so following our policy, we donot play(or make any modification) with the site which has been already customized.
