I have created itineraries available only to private bookings rather than public fixed departures. Because this is a private trip, and therefore customizable to customers’ preferences, pricing cannot be displayed.

1. I have left pricing blank, but the text under Dashboard > WP Travel > Settings > Cart & Checkout > “Price Unavailable Text” is not displaying on the frontend. I reviewed the documentation, but cannot find why this text will not display.

2. Rather than a Book Now button, can the Enquiry Button be displayed instead? Most Tour Operators require an Enquiry and discussion with the potential customer before they can offer pricing, so the booking/checkout process is not relevant at this stage of the sales funnel.

Response: When the price of the trip is selected as 0 then the ‘price unavailable text’ will not be displayed in single trip page as this feature has been removed from the plugin. However, you can display label and text to provide the information related to price not available in checkout page by going to Admin Panel > Trips > Individual Trip > Cart/Checkout as shown in screenshot below:

Response: If you are willing to remove ‘Book Now’ button and display only ‘Trip Enquiry’ button then you can remove the ‘Book Now’ button by disabling the booking button under tabs option.

If you are using global tab setting then you can remove booking button by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings > Tabs as shown in screenshot below:

If you are using custom tab setting in single trip page then you can remove booking button by going to Admin Panel > Trips > Individual Trip(edited) > Tabs as shown in screenshot below:

If you disable the booking button in backend section then only trip enquiry button will be displayed in frontend as shown in screenshot below:

Thanks for the quick reply.

If I disable the Booking under tabs, then the entire booking form disappears.

What I mean is simply making the Booking Button on the Booking Form an Enquiry, but leaving the other non-fixed departure functionality: the calendar, the number of potential customers for the trip, so that when the customer makes the enquiry, all of this data is transferred.

Can you please mention if you are willing to change only the text into Enquiry or want the functionality of enquiry process instead of booking functionality?

If you are wiling to change only the text then i would like to clarify that the functionality for enquiry process and booking process differs totally so even the text will be changed the process will be same as booking process.

If you want the functionality related to enquiry instead of booking process then the feature is not available.

Also, we do have ‘Trip Enquiry’ button to perform the activities related to enquiry.
