    Thank you for this awesome plugin! I need to know if I can customize the email that goes to the buyer to include the booking details OVERLAID on an image of a ticket.

    The reason is we are trying to provide the buyer with a keepsake ticket for their train ride. So, essentially, the ticket would contain the trip name and date, etc. with the data being printed on the ticket. Any help would be appreciated. Even if the data overlay is not possible I would like to know how to edit the email to contain logos, etc. THANK YOU!

    Thank you for your appreciation regarding WP Travel Plugin.

    Regarding your query, the option to customize the default email templates for bookings and payments are not yet available with the current version of WP Travel Plugin.

    However, the email template modification feature for both Admin Emails and Client Emails is already under development and will be available with the plugin core with future updates shortly.

    As for now, if you wish to customize the plugin for the feature and/or any custom features specific to your requirements, you can choose to Hire our Professional Customizers for the additional features and your desired customizations from the link here :

    To follow up on this, is there a way to change the email and name/person from which the confirmation email comes from so that it doesn’t show up in clients’ inboxes as “WordPress” and from my personal email?

    I have the same problem. It could be prohibited to send mails from the Word Press name. As the second, most of clients will be delete these messages as they doesn’t know who is WordPress, they book from my site and awaiting confirmation from my site not from other side ,they may think that this is spam or message contains virus or something else… Forexample I always delete unknowing messages even don’t open its! So, it’s a big mistake, because it makes no sense to send messages at all! Could you please whrite – which file contains an information with the WordPress name?

    Hello @marajunnis,

    The feature to change the Email template i.e the content is now available with the version 1.2.2 . of the WP travel plugin.

    So please update your plugin to the latest version and use the feature. For this go to Admin Panel > Trips > Settings > Email and change the template as per your requirement.
