Is it possible to use custom icons in facts? For example, is there some way to upload them and then reference them via the class in the facts section?

Hello @elwalker,

Currently, you will be only able to add the font awesome icon. Adding the custom icon will require the modification in the code as we need to load the custom icon.

However, we have noted it down as the requested feature and will include the option in our addon. As for now if you want then you can hire the professional developer.
