We are just trying to create a link to contact form as a trip is enquiry only by using the customer pricing, see screenshot http://prntscr.com/o6v5zo

However, the trip details wont save when you select this way of pricing?

When we tested the issue in our side, we found that the custom booking is working absolutely fine as you can see in the screen record below:

The issue may have raised due to the conflict with the other third party plugin.

So please deactivate them and verify the issue.

This is a bit of fend off response, what other plug ins? they are only standard well used WP plugs ins so if there is an issue you guys should be investigating??

The video does not really show anything, we can save the trip if w have the normal single, multiple pricing, its only when we select custom pricing it wont save so that sort of points at the WP Travel plug in?

We would have definitely investigated it in your site but you have already disabled the admin access for us.

Regarding the query, in the video, we have displayed you about the custom links. We have added “facebook.com” as an example in the link field. So in the frontend when we click on the “Book Now ” button it displays the link by clicking in which leads to the facebook.com page.

So we exactly do not know what is causing the issue so we need to check your specific setting for which we require admin access.

Also, we would like to apologize for all the trouble.

When we checked your specific setting, the custom link is saved and working fine. You can check the setting for this trip (sydney-syd-airport-porter-service).

Also, we would request you to at first properly check the setting by yourself. Importantly create the staging site and check all the features and make all the setting of the plugin and then after the site is ready, get the site live.

Further, if you are not that of a technical person then you can always consider hiring the professional as they will help you built the site as you want.

I dont see ho you can check the service on Sydney as that did not have custom pricing? (So you have removed teh pricing we had to test? the one that had the issue with was Beijing FT services?

We would also like to further add that we are technically minded, but not necessarily in php, the current site is not live hence we do not need a staging site at this point.

As for now, focusing on the side to resolve the issue, we would really appreciate if you could provide us with a screen record of your issue as we are still not able to replicate the issue in our side and we doubt we are not working to figure out the exact issue. Please kindly provide us with the proper elaborations of the issue. We admit that it is getting more confusing to us as well.

Regarding the screen record, you can use the chrome extension such as loom or use the tool like Nimbus screenshot.

When we set this custom link in the Beijing FT services it would not save, however on checking it now saves which is great.

Is it possible to make the link it creates “Enquire for Availability and Rate” in the screenshot http://prntscr.com/o7gyqo into a button? Also you still have book now and enquire button which is confusing for a customer, can these be moved/changed when a custom link is done?

The code that is added to change was found missing. So we have again added the code in your child theme functions.php file. Here we have added the random text so you can replace it with the text you want.

As for the button, we have added the CSS for you in the Additional CSS. Please verify.
