despite in mail template for reservation appropriate shortcode are included, selected date is not shown in reservation mail received. Would be possible to solve this?

When we tested the plugin locally, the dates are displaying fine in the email as well.
So please make sure you have not made any mistakes in the email templates as the email format is control from here. Please refer to below given screenshot.

Please let us know if you do not receive the correct date you receive no email at all.
Also, if you have not changed any setting and you still having the issue then we have to look into your backend detail and fix the issue.

Thank you for the login detail.
The dates are not displayed in the email because you have turned off the Fixed Departure date and currently no date is displayed in the email when the Fixed Departure date is turned off for the trip.
This issue is noted as the known issue and we will definitely fix them in the next update of the wp travel plugin.
As a work around please turn on the Fixed Departure for all the trip.
