So please make sure you have not made any mistakes in the email templates as the email format is control from here. Please refer to below given screenshot. Also, if you have not changed any setting and you still having the issue then we have to look into your backend detail and fix the issue. The dates are not displayed in the email because you have turned off the Fixed Departure date and currently no date is displayed in the email when the Fixed Departure date is turned off for the trip. This issue is noted as the known issue and we will definitely fix them in the next update of the wp travel plugin. As a work around please turn on the Fixed Departure for all the trip.
