as per thread name, I wonder if possible to set a different mail address where to send booking and payment notification from site than the site admin. Would this be possible?

Currently, the plugin does not have the feature to set a different mail address as for now.

However, this will be noted as the requested feature and will try to include them in coming updates.

Also, the other way that you can add the feature is by hiring the professional developer.
