KeymasterAt first please make sure your host has enabled the PHP mail functions. Also please send your system information that is available in Admin Panel > Trips > Settings > System Information so that we can inspect further.

Further, the issue will be fixed in the next update of the plugin.
Thank you 🙂 .

ParticipantHello,
I have solved the issue. Actually, the mail function in this plugin will fetch the admin mail id. The thing is that the admin mail id should match the domain of website. .i.e if the url is xyz.com the admin mail id should be name@xyz.com. So, I changed my admin mail id. It’s working now and there is nothing wrong with the plugin. But thank you for the response. I loved the plugin.
Best Regards,

Participanti think i know the problem, so my hosting provider has not enabled the PHP mail functions. any alternative?

KeymasterHello @awan,
WP mail must be enabled to send the email so please contact your server and make them enabled the PHP mail functions.
Also, we would like to apologize for the trouble you are having but actually it is not a plugin related issue but the server and there is nothing much we can do on this.
If you have any issues related to the plugin then please feel free to post.
Thank you 🙂 .
Best Regards!!

KeymasterHello @finsok333,
While we have tested the WP Travel plugin latest version on our side, the e-mail function for bookings and payments are working correctly.
Also, WP travel plugin also uses wp_mail() function to send the booking/payment e-mails similar to the Contact Form 7 plugin so emails should be sent.
To debug the issue further, since you have already checked the admin email and settings, further, could you please verify if you are using any SMTP or external e-mail plugins in your website?
Furthermore, please check the functionality by disabling any other third party plugins one by one to check if the issue is being caused by plugin conflicts.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please provide us your website URL with the system information file generated by WP Travel Plugin in your Admin Dashboard > Trips > Settings > System Information.
We would check the server environment and provide fixes by testing in a similar server environment on our side.
If you have any queries/issues further, please feel free to write back to us.
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @finsok333,
Please make sure your server has enabled the wp_mail() function as the plugin sends the booking/payment e-mails using the function.
Also please provide your your information for further inspection. You can find the system information in the setting tabs of WP travel Plugin.
