    May i know why after update your new plugin update all my tour the price is different than what i setting before and i double check it’s not my wrong type and could be your system.

    We would like to apologize for the trouble. But the issue that you have reported in quite unlikely to happen.

    So can you please mention if the dates that you have set for the trips differ between the frontend and backend?

    Also, please mention the version that you updated from and since we could not figure out the cause of the issue, can you explain with the screenshots so that we can help you further.

    Hello sir,

    I always update your latest version and now also facing with the booking once you book to Taiwan but check our it Japan country price!!!!

    This one is causing our sales issue!!! Don’t always keep asking provide the password because this is not DEMO and it’s all online business and ca’t simply to provide your information.

    Please quickly solve this problem!

    Hello @max,

    We would like to apologize for the trouble but we really could not replicate the issue in our side even with the latest version of the plugin and that is why we need to check in your specific setting and there is no way we could find the issue without it. If you could not provide the detail then that’s fine.

    As a workaround, you can deactivate the third party plugin that you have activated in your site and verify the issue. If the price works fine then the issue might have raised by the conflict.

    Even if this does not solve the issue then create the staging site and then provide the detail so that we can inspect the issue.

    Hi sir,

    Your answer mean is useless for me since i was mention if you all want to create the travel plugin please study the travel industry concept and it’s keep double work for me to twice key in the departure date even though in same page and why don’t so simple to create one form and key in anything and just publish then can solve a lot of stupid problem like right now i need to off all the plugin and double check the price even though it’s was checked it’s no problem???

    Please provide the css code that i need to hide the price now!

    It’s doesn’t mean we can’t provide your password to login but because it’s open business online now and we facing a lot of customer complain for this issue and your team is slow response!

    Hello @max,

    Now if you want to hide the price in the archive page then add below-given CSS by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    .trip-price span.person-count {
        display: none;
    }

    This will hide the price in archive page.

    As for the issue, as mentioned above you can create the staging site so that we can inspect the issue properly and help you. Also the issue is not reported by other users so we need to check in your specific setting.

    Regarding your dissatisfaction about the reply time, we have always tried to get back to the user’s reply as soon as we could and also since the user are everything to us, we always make sure our customer is satisfied with our service.
