ParticipantHi there I just published my website (https://ideas4travellers.it) and “facts” do not show in Trip pages and, on the back end they can’t be edited in each trip. What’s wrong with it?
Thank you.August 6, 2018 at 11:22 am #7666Support Team
KeymasterHello @flukkini,
To show the facts on the single trip page at first you need to enter the necessary facts from Trips > Settings > Facts. Then finally go to the Individual trip edit screen and add the facts to the trips according to your requirement from “facts” Tab.
For more clear information please refer to the our official documentation given below:
http://wptravel.io/documentations/user-documentation/settings/facts/
Hope this helps.
If you have any confusion further please let us know.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!

KeymasterHello @flukkini,
Thank you very much for the login detail.
When we inspected your dashboard we found that the ID that you have used is creating the issue i.e it is not authorized by the plugin. So please once contact will with the paypal express checkout developer and verify your client id.
Please let us know if that resolves the issues or not?
Thank you.
Regards!!
