We are using WP-Travel plugin, with the Travel Log theme and the Trip Extras paid plugin. Our website is https://www.draculatours.ca.
After setting up all our tours, we realized that several images from our site had disappeared. The FAQ’s entered for each tour, individually, also disappeared. For some products, we are missing both the FAQ and some Highlights entered in the text box above the itinerary. Originally, we thought it was because we upgraded to WP 5.0 and your plugin is not yet compatible with this version of WordPress, but we reverted to 4.9.8 and the problem still persists. I will attach a couple of screenshots so you can see that the FAQ’s are gone and some of the images as well.
Also, the problem appears even with all plugins disabled except for Yoast and the ones developed by Wen Solutions. See the screenshots below and I will also try to insert the system information.

We would like to apologize for the trouble. But when we tested the plugin on our side we really could not find the issue.
For example, in our demo, we have images from the time we have constructed the demo site. We do have the latest version of WordPress and WP travel plugin.
So, Please make sure you have uploaded the image properly.
Also, if you have installed any third party or caching plugin then deactivate them and verify the issue.
If the issue still persists kindly let us know.

So it’s not a compability issue?
As I said before, not only images disappeared. I’m also missing the FAQ’s and the Highlights of some products. It’s really not convenient since all the FAQ’s were manually inserted and it takes some time to add all the questions individually.
Also, all plugins are off, except for Yoast and for those created by you.
