ParticipantWP travel has the option of marking featured trips.
Can you suggest any themes that could actually use this to show it on the front page.July 11, 2019 at 7:13 am #17849Support Team
KeymasterHello @maxbuzz,
Regarding the featured trip query, you can definitely display the featured trip in the sidebar. For this you can simply add the widget “WP Travel: Featured Trip” in your desired widget area. You can also display the featured trip through the use of shortcode in page/post.
To know about this refer to below given link:

Hope this clears the confusion.
Thank you

ParticipantThanks.
Is it possible to add it in the front pageJuly 15, 2019 at 10:55 am #17974maxbuzz
ParticipantWould like to report a possible bug.
In the inquiry form using the shortcode. If the user fills the form with selecting the trip, he is not alerted when filling the form. After pressing submit he gets a very cryptic error message. https://tinyurl.com/yxkkmcuh
Actually since its an enquiry for he should be able to send the form without selecting trips (make it optional) or allow to add something like ‘custom trip’ in the drop downJuly 15, 2019 at 11:43 am #17976Support Team
KeymasterHello @maxbuzz,
When we checked the shortcode in both page and the post, it is working fine so we need to inspect your specific setting.
As mentioned in earlier replies, once your site goes live then please kindly let us know so that we can inspect the issue properly and come up with the possible fixes.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi,
I have not done any setting
I have just used the shortcode [wp_travel_enquiry_form]July 15, 2019 at 12:17 pm #17984Support Team
KeymasterHello
Please once place the short code in a new and fresh page and verify the issue. As mentioned early, in our side short code is working perfect and hence, we are not able to replicate the issue in our side.
Also, make sure the issue is not because of the conflict with any third party plugins by deactivating all third party plugins.
Regards!
