Now coming to your query, have you entered the correct API key and make sure to assign the location to the trips and save after that?

Even after this, if the map is not working then please provide your site URL so that we can inspect the issue further and help you.

For your information, the google map is working fine in our side.

i can say that the Api is correct but nothing is shown.
I ve replied straight to the email but i’m not sure if you received. How can i privately send you login data and the website url?

Thank you very much for the login detail.

When we inspected your site everything is working fine. The only missing thing here is you have not entered the location in the map so it is not displaying anything.

So make sure to enter the location in the search tab and save the setting as shown in the screenshot below:

Only selecting the available location will not make the map display.

Hope this clears the confusion.

Also if the issue is resolved, please change your login details.
