Hi, I am trying to translate the “Enquiry Form” but am having a hard time doing so. I have already tried finding and translating all the phrases of the Enquiry Form inside of the “String Translation” section of WPML, yet it is not showing the translated version. I was able to do the submit button only.

    Image of enquiry form:

To find the enquiry form on the live site, go to a non-English tour page such as:
    https://lociamica.com/zh-hans/%E6%B8%B8%E8%A7%88/%e5%8f%b0%e4%b8%ad%e5%b8%82-%e6%80%80%e6%97%a7%e4%b9%8b%e6%97%85/

Then click on the Enquiry Form button which looks like this:

    Hello,

All our strings are made translation ready. We inspected the issue you faced, but everything is working fine on our side. You can be more clear after you go through the screen record given below:

    https://www.loom.com/share/059df5f9f9b746e4803126b6e70793b6

Please follow the same process as shown in the screen record.

Also, make sure that the PO and MO file are saved inside the wp-content > languages folder.

    Hope this helps.

If you have further queries, let us know.

    Thank you.

    Thank you for the video.
However, we are using WPML for translations, as I stated in my message and subject line. The video shows Loco Translate. Is it possible to translate the Enquiry Form with WPML?

We made the translations in the String Translation section:
    http://prntscr.com/rd8bwc

but it still shows English. We were only able to get “Submit” to show as translated.

[SOLUTION] – Following up on this with the solution sent to me by WP Travel support.

To translate the ‘Enquiry Form’, please once switch the language(backend section) in which you are willing to change enquiry form and edit the field name and add the translated name of the field in the language in which you are willing to translate by going to Admin Panel > WP Travel > Settings >Field Editor

Please refer below given screen record to translate the enquiry form.

Please replace the texts(field name) manually which you are willing to translate to the language as per your requirement by referring above given screen record.
