WP Travel is running with fontawesome version 5.0 and upon inspection, we found that the icon fa-cutlery is not present in the fontawesome version 5.0.

We therefore recommend you to use fa-utensils icon which resembles to fa-cutlery and is included in the fontawesome version that WP Travel supports.
