ParticipantHi
I seem to be having an issue with the inventory option on a trip. Under the bookings management panel the trip has a completed booking but when viewing the trip page on the website it doesn’t show as “sold out” even though a booking has been checked out and completed ?

KeymasterHello,
Actually, there are two types of case in case of inventory option. In multiple pricing option, if you assign the dates, the dates that are added through the multiple dates option the, once you book the trip the no of seats will get updated.
But if you only add the multiple pricing with the trip duration setting then the no of seat won’t get updated. So you must have set the trip duration.

KeymasterHello,
Thank you for the login detail.
When we inspected your site URL, we found the issue has raised due to the addition of “,” (special character) in the pricing name.
Screenshot:
So as for now, please do not make any use of such character but, we will soon release the update fixing the issue i.e. allowing to put the special character as well.
Also, thank you very much for bringing it our attention.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
