When we tested the plugin locally, the plugin is working absolutely fine.

So if you have installed any third party plugin please verify the issue by deactivating them.

The issue has arrived due to the conflict with your theme.

As for now, we have fixed the issue with some code customization and the plugin is working fine.

If the issue arrives in future then you need to hire a professional developer to fix them as it requires a higher code customization.
