When we inspected your site, we are unable to find the exact reason for the issue you have reported regarding not receiving email for enquiry message in gmail account as everything is working fine in our side.
Can you please mention if you have made any customization in WP Travel plugin?
Also, can you please once verify the issue using WP Travel plugin(without customization) in fresh setup?
Further, can you please once consult with host as the server issue also can be one of the reason for the uncertain behaviour in your site?
If issue still persist, kindly let us know.

I’ve not customized anything on that plugin. I created a fresh website and installed this plugin on it. Everything is working fine except that enquiry email is not coming in my gmail address. I’m a software engineer and didnot customize any of it. Im getting emails from contact us form, from booking form, just not from enquiry form.
Thank you for your time. I think i should get enquiry email to a different email address.Regards

i tried all my email address (gmail, hotmail etc) but it simply doesn’t work therefore, i bought the addon to send enquiry to multiple emails. It is just sending to the email of my website domain. All other gmail or hotmail IDs doesnt work.

After making the detail inspection on the issue we found that the subject of the email under the setting is creating the issue.
As for now, we have changed the subject using the filter which seems to work.
So hope everything is fine now.

I try to edit the subject of enquiry email in wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=itinerary-booking&page=settings. But it doesn’t work.
