Hi,
I’m really liking this plugin! Just a quick question. I’m sure I’ve missed something simple somewhere. How can I set a maximum number of people for a particular trip?
I set the ‘Group Size’ field in the ‘Dates and Prices’ tab in the trip but I can just keep booking more and more people onto the same date and go over the maximum number.
I looked through the forums and the documentation but couldn’t find anything.
Any help would be appreciated.

First of all thank you very much for the appreciations.

The max size of the group can be defined from the individual trip edit screen by going to Dates and Prices tab. In the Group Size field, enter the maximum no of size you want for your trip.

You can even manage the maximum and minimum size for each pricing from the edit screen as well.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I have used the fields indicated (I set it as 5) and they work to the extent that you can’t book more than 5 at a time.

But if I book 5 then leave the site and go back I can book another 5 immediately for the same trip for the same day. I want it to not allow this because the trip can only have 5 people as an overall maximum. Is this possible?

Hello @ashaw13,

As for now, the plugin does not have the feature to inform about the trip like “Sold out” or “not available for booking”. Right now you will only able to book a trip as many time as you want as long as it is available for booking.

But to make the plugin work as you want requires a higher code customization and if you want to hire a professional developer then please refer to below-given link:
