Multiple Dates and Inventory not working

    Hi, I have 1.1.3 of WP Travel Utilities installed and am using multiple date trips. It appears the inventory setup doesn’t work, but maybe a part of that is that if I enter a booking manually, the selected Trip appears not to be saved.

    Secondly, with Multiple trip dates, I can’t reorder an entry – the reorder handle on the left end of the trip-date header does nothing, and the trip dates are not shown in date order either on the Booking tab in the front end either so things appear out of sequence.

    Hello @charleswebb,

    The multiple checkout is not working because you have not enabled the option “Allow Multiple Checkout” by going to Trips > Settings > Cart/Checkout.

    Also, while testing on our side the features in WP trave Utilities is working fine.

    So, please once enable and check. If the problem persists kindly let us know so that we can inspect further and help you.

    Hi,

    The problem with the inventory is to do with a booking I’m manually entering via the admin UI (not all our bookings come via the web, but we need to show when the places are sold still). That screen does not save the trip properly (always reverts to the first item in the Trips menu). Should I be making these manual bookings via the client facing website?

    Are you able to reorder trip dates in the ‘Dates and Prices’ section? If so what browser are you using? I’m using Safari on Mac.

    Regarding your query related to reordering, we are currently working on this and we will soon make the feature available in the plugin.

    As for your first query, we are quite clear on this. Can you please provide the screen record (Video) of the issue that you are facing so that we would properly understand the issue and help you.

    Also, Even if your trips are sold out, the trips keep on displaying. After your trips are sold out, you can either display the sold out message or enable Enquiry form so that the customer will get to you.
