First of all, Thank you developers. The new update really fixed me some bugs which I had before. Although, I am having following problems.

1. Since the plugin has Cart shortcode already, However I cannot seem to find a way to enable “Add to cart” option for packages. also, How do give users the ability to add multiple packages in cart?

2. I have to change the text for “Booking only” option which appears in checkout. Which page should I edit (even if through FTP) ?

I would really appreciate solutions to these. You guys are awesome!

Response: The feature to add multiple packages in cart is currently under development and it will be available as the Addons.

2. I have to change the text for “Booking only” option which appears in checkout. Which page should I edit (even if through FTP) ?

Response: To edit the text “Booing Only” you have to activate the child theme.

After activating the child theme in your child theme functions.php file add below give code:
