Hello @gustavo,

The section mentioned at the top of the screenshot is the slider section. To setup this section you have to go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Homepage Sections > Slider section . You can set the slider by choosing the category that you want to display in this section. Also please make sure you have to upload the image in the featured image section of individual post edit screen as the slider displays this image.

For the header image please go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Header Options and upload the image of your choice.
