Hello WP Travel Support

I make partially payment by using bank deposit method.
The total packages that I booked is RM 819.00
1st time – pay 81.90 as partial payment
Last payment – fully pay the amount RM RM 270.00 ,

I thk this two payment history should be appear at payment details ,but dunno why only appear latest payment at payment details ,which is RM 270.00 .if can , can you help me to fix it and show all the payment histoy

Hello,

We would like to apologize for the inconveniences.

But when we tested the partial payment feature, we found that the payment info is mentioned in the both WP Travel user dashboard and in the booking listing.

Please have a look into the screenshot below:

The email is also received after making the remaining payment.

The design issue is noted as the known issue and is currently under the fixing process. We will fix the issue soon and let you know.

As for the receipt format, currently, you will be able to upload the jpg,png file format.
