I contacted you the previous month about the inability to translate the Theme and Plug-In correctly.

As you promised, the update to the theme has occurred and unfortunately, the issue isn’t solved.

You can access the website using the access that I shared with you on the facebook messenger.

The theme is divided into sections, and some of the sections don’t translate. The customizer considers that the changes made to one language homepage are also altered into another language homepage. So besides the fact that we have created both sections in both languages, only one takes effect.

If you need screenshots I can provide them.

We have just checked the translation issue regarding the text of the tabs. Texts in the tabs are translation ready. Could you please provide us a ‘.po’ file so that we can check the issue with your translation and also please specify which Portuguese language you are using.
I mean Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal )(Ao90), Portuguese (Portugal)(Informal).

The plugin that you have used to translate the plugin file will only translate the string that is made translation ready within the plugin file. It does not have to feature to translate the page/post which is used to set up the sections.

So to actually make your page/post available in the different language you can use the multilingual plugin like WPML.Using this plugin you can set your whole site in as many languages as you can.

Is WPML the only one we can use ?
Is it 100% compatible ?

I tried polylang, it does not work well, some stuff are note compatible.

Actually, there are lots of other Multilingual plugins but we have done the compatibility testing with the WPML plugin only.

Since we have not tested the plugin with Polylang we cannot say anything about it. So our suggestion to you is, use the WPML plugin as we have done the compatibility testing and it won’t generate any sorts of conflict with the plugin.
